We are a small business at Front Range Land Management and in that we strive to provide timely and respectable customer service. And in our work we also like to reflect these attributes to create an end product that pleases the customer and works seamlessly.
We provide installation/repairs of cedar fences, vinyl fences, ornamental iron fences and chain link. We also install/repair gates for all these types of fences.
Estimate Process
to Starting the Project
To schedule or inquire about an estimate, send an email or call the contact information above. We will ask you a few questions and then come out to take some measurements. This is a very quick process and can have an estimate back to you the same day, some days within hours.
After we agree on what style of fence and come to terms with everything else, we will send out a contract to be signed. We require 50% upfront and that is to cover material costs. We will also get utilities marked beforehand if needed.
Finished Product/Guarantee
of Work
Once we get started on a project/job our guys are very fast. That does not mean skipping steps or rushing. We have a very skilled team that know the steps it takes to stay on task. In saying that, the weather does not always cooperate. We will try our best to stay on schedule. After the work is finished we guarantee it for 5 years. If anything breaks or happens to the fence, we will be there to repair/fix the damage.
